Application and interview coaching for healthcare professionals. Workshops and webinars on cardiology and healthcare innovation. 3. Payment Terms All payments must be made in full prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal and Apple/Google Pay Refunds are available under specific circumstances, as outlined in our refund policy. 4. Client Responsibilities By engaging our services, you agree to: Provide accurate and up-to-date information. Attend scheduled sessions or provide notice for cancellations as per our cancellation policy. Use the services ethically and professionally. 5. Intellectual Property All content, materials, and tools provided by MedHeart Consulting Ltd are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without explicit permission. 6. Limitation of Liability MedHeart Consulting Ltd is not liable for: Outcomes resulting from the use of our services. Losses or damages arising from delays, interruptions, or errors in service delivery. 7. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or rescheduling. Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations or no-shows. 8. Refund Policy We strive to ensure client satisfaction. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are available under the following conditions: If you cancel a session or service at least 48 hours after booking, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are not provided for late cancellations, missed sessions, or completed services. For packages or bundled services, refunds are only provided for unused portions, calculated pro-rata.
